Below are services that can provide structure when working together. Once we begin, we can determine which are most appropriate for you. We may use one or a combination of methods over time depending on the nature of interest and what your preferences are. These are suggested starting points, but by no means the rule. Transformative Counseling
Transformative counseling is a client centered approach for personal
development. This is where we find the disconnection between your
daily thoughts and your actions. You are the greatest authority on
your life. You will be prompted to be an advocate for your greatest
good and learn to compare and contrast your objective and subjective
views. You develop a greater understanding of where the conflict in
your life holds you back and transform your perceptions of those
conflicts. Transformative Counseling shows you how to take your
limitations and transform them into potential.
Compassionate Listening
Compassionate Listening is prompted simply by your need to be heard
honestly. Behind the masks of fear, anger and pain there is a Truth.
This Truth is the face behind the mask longing to be heard, sometimes
for the first time. My only focus is maintaining eye contact and
being unconditionally present. I do not judge or respond in any way.
This process helps to reveal answers deep within you.
Dyadic Integration
The Dyadic Integration Process is about deepening our capacity
for communication and understanding of our truth. It's a tool
for personal recovery and healing, for life realization and
self-determination as you integrate your behavior with your
mind, heart and spirit. This process digs deeply into how you
choose to define your life and how your definitions impact your
communicative capacity with yourself and others. This process
requires two or more people of even numbers. This is a useful
method for resolving conflict in relationships and provides a
fruitful forum for group focused intensives.
Personal Advocacy
Methods of how to get what you want out of life are numerous.
Personal Advocacy provides support to help validate your
goals, assist in finding the necessary resources needed and
help you clarify a method for achieving them.
